TODD STAVE
Director, Business Development
Todd Stave is an experienced entrepreneur and active commercial real estate investor with a career spanning more than 30 years. Since 1995, he has successfully acquired, operated, and managed underperforming small businesses, most of which included a commercial real estate component. His hands-on approach has consistently increased customer bases, revenues, and profitability, while also improving organizational culture and customer experiences. Todd is known for his ability to identify non-obvious revenue streams and implement creative strategies to maximize returns.
Before establishing his career in real estate, Todd served as a corporate aircraft broker with Universal Jet Trading in Rockville, MD, where he managed the sale of more than $200 million worth of aircrafts between 1989 and 1995. In this role, he orchestrated complex international transactions, resolved import and export challenges with embargoed and regulated countries, and was recognized as an expert witness for his extensive market knowledge.
CERTIFICATION
Todd earned his degree in Marketing and Physics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and also holds an FAA Commercial Pilot’s License.
MICHAEL MUNN
Director, Operations & Construction
Michael Munn brings more than three decades of expertise in custom construction and remodeling. A Certified Building Contractor since 1989, Michael has built a career around understanding every facet of the construction process—from taking homes apart to putting them back together with precision and care. His extensive experience allows him to oversee projects with a depth of knowledge that ensures quality, efficiency, and lasting value. In his role, Michael leads construction strategy and execution, guiding projects from concept through completion while continuously mentoring teams in the latest building sciences. In addition to his role at RELEVANT Asset Management, Michael also serves as President of RELEVANT Construction, a design/build firm specializing in luxury renovations and new construction across Northeast Florida.

JASON FISHER
Director, Design & Architecture
Jason Fisher is an accomplished architectural designer with a proven track record in delivering innovative, cost-effective, and aesthetically refined design solutions. With expertise spanning mixed-use developments, commercial spaces, multi-family residential projects, and adaptive rehabilitation, he has built a reputation for excellence in design, project execution, and client relations.
Jason has spearheaded numerous architectural projects, leading everything from concept development to construction documentation. His ability to merge architectural ingenuity with real-world construction expertise allows him to create designs that are not only visually compelling but also highly functional and buildable.

TANNER GREGG
Director, Project Management
Tanner Gregg has over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry. He began his career specializing in foreclosure appraisals for FNMA, where he gained valuable insight into the challenges faced by homeowners navigating financial hardship. That early experience shaped his passion for creating practical, people-focused solutions in real estate. Today, Tanner applies that same drive at RELEVANT Asset Management, overseeing operations and ensuring that every project is executed with efficiency, integrity, and a focus on delivering results for investors properties.
